Tere Carrington is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to redefining the healthcare experience through compassionate, personalized, and whole-person care. She believes great healthcare starts with truly listening, creating meaningful relationships with patients while focusing on prevention, wellness, and long-term health.
With experience spanning both traditional and modern healthcare settings, Tere has seen firsthand where patients often feel unheard, rushed, or overlooked. Those experiences inspired her vision for a more thoughtful and connected approach to care.
At Elite Wellness, she combines clinical expertise with a forward thinking, technology enabled model designed to make healthcare more accessible, proactive, and personal.
Tere earned her Associate of Science of Nursing from Southern Adventist University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from AdventHealth University, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Azusa Pacific University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Baylor University.
Outside of caring for patients, Tere enjoys live music, cooking great food, and spending quality time with friends and family. She believes balance, connection, and lots of laughter are all essential parts of living well.
