Tere Carrington, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is the founder of Elite Wellness and a Doctor of Nursing Practice dedicated to delivering an exceptional concierge healthcare experience for individuals and families who value personalized, relationship-driven care. She believes the highest standard of medicine is built on trust, accessibility, and genuine partnership, where every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for without the limitations of a traditional healthcare model.
Recognizing that today’s busy professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and families need healthcare that is as responsive as their lives are demanding, Tere founded Elite Wellness to provide a more refined approach to primary care. By intentionally limiting the size of her practice, she is able to offer greater accessibility, longer appointments, continuity of care, and a highly personalized experience tailored to each patient’s unique health goals.
Her approach blends advanced clinical expertise with evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and innovative technology to create a seamless healthcare experience. Whether optimizing wellness, managing chronic conditions, or developing individualized longevity and preventive health strategies, Tere partners closely with her patients to deliver proactive, comprehensive care with the highest level of discretion, convenience, and clinical excellence.
Tere earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Baylor University, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Azusa Pacific University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from AdventHealth University, and her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Southern Adventist University.
Outside of medicine, Tere enjoys attending live music events, creating memorable meals, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. She believes that true wellness extends beyond healthcare and is cultivated through balance, strong relationships, joyful experiences, and living with intention.
